BabyDuck LLC ("BabyDuck," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website (www.babyducklab.com), use our services, complete our Data Maturity Self-Assessment, register for programs or events, or otherwise interact with us.

a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, organization, and any message you choose to send.

  • Self-assessment responses: your email address and your answers to the Data Maturity Self-Assessment.

  • Program and event registration: your name, email address, organization name, job title, and payment information when registering for an accelerator cohort, workshop, or other event.

  • Payment information: when you purchase services or register for paid programs, we collect billing details. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and we do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • IP address and general location data

  • Browser type and operating system

  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs

  • Device identifiers

3. Follow-Up Communications

If you complete our Data Maturity Self-Assessment, you will receive an automated email with a copy of your results. You may also receive a follow-up email from BabyDuck a few days later with information about our services and an invitation to connect. You may opt out of future communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly at kyle@babyducklab.com.
